The Community Services Association or CSA is
a branch of the Palm Harbor Community Services
Agency and provides parks, recreation and senior
services and facilities for much of unincorporated
Palm Harbor. CSA Palm Harbor hosts everything
from bingo and card games for seniors to adult
yoga and martial arts lessons for children. CSA
also provides athletic programs including tennis,
baseball, softball, and football, and manages
facilities including Pop Stansell Park, Habor Hall
and the White Chapel, The Centre, Palm Field,
Putnam Park, and the Sunderman Complex. For
more information, visit

Perhaps the most unique feature of Palm
Harbor is the fact that it hosts the
Valspar
Championship
(presented by BB&T), a huge
PGA event held every March at Innisbrook Golf
& Spa Resort. In 2016, Charl Schwartzel won the
tournament in front of a gallery of over 100,000
people. More than 150 area charities benefit from
this annual national golf event that will feature
singer-songwriter Toby Keith at the 2017 concert
affiliated with the tournament. The tournament
is nationally televised by NBC Sports and the
Golf Channel. The Valspar Championship has
been part of the PGA Tour schedule and held on
Innisbrook’s Copperhead Course since 2000.
Pinellas County also has 40 beautifully
manicured private and public golf courses.
